Christ the Word Incarnate.
"Christ is the Word incarnate, the very centre and object of our faith, and our access to and understanding of Him and what He has done has been preserved first and foremost in words that God himself has disclosed, the Scriptures, that is the Bible. This is why the exposition and application of it's texts are so crucial. However, we live in an Age when even amongst certain evangelicals there is a decreased confidence in objective truth and an emphasise increasingly instead on such matters as incarnational living and community which can too often be really about biblical illiteracy and then over time the inevitable starts to happen and the so-called new enlightened form of christianity starts to become indistinguishable from the culture around however immoral it is from that Scriptural perspective."
